Sponsorship Program

LIBER’s Annual Conference gives companies active in the library and information technology area the opportunity to present and promote their organization, products and services to the community.

Through sponsorship of the conference, sponsors will achieve wide visibility and publicity throughout Europe. Our 2018 sponsoring program offers the following levels:

  • Premium Local Sponsor
  • Major Local Sponsor
  • Local Sponsor
  • Coffee Break Sponsor
  • Lunch Break Sponsor
  • Conference Dinner Sponsor
  • Conference Reception Sponsor

LIBER 2018 Premium Local Sponsor

Cost: €3,000 (VAT if applicable)

The sponsoring includes:

  • Exhibition double stand in the exhibition area of LILLIAD, University of Lille
  • Priority on stand place selection and assignment.
  • Sponsor’s name and logo in the printed/online version of the final conference program – Sponsors’ page (with sponsorship level acknowledgement).
  • One (1) full page advertisement in the internal pages of the printed/online version of the conference program.
  • Sponsor’s name and clickable logo in conference website – Sponsors’ page.
  • Promotional material in delegate bags – Up to three (3) items
  • A complimentary conference registration for one (1) sponsor’s representative and participation in the Conference Dinner (participation costs in other social events are not included).
  • Opportunity to send three (3) emails to Conference delegates who opt to receive Sponsors’ information on their registration form. These emails will be administered by the Conference Host Secretariat.
  • Sponsorship level acknowledgement at the conference Facebook and Twitter pages.
  • Sponsors may post one (1) commercial message/video/multimedia file in conference Facebook and Twitter pages.

LIBER 2018 Major Local Sponsor

Cost: €2,000 (VAT if applicable)

  • Exhibition simple stand in the exhibition area of LILLIAD, University of Lille
  • Sponsor’s name and logo in the printed/online version of the final conference program – Sponsors’ page (with sponsorship level acknowledgement).
  • One (1) full page advertisement in the internal pages of the printed/online version of the conference program.
  • Sponsor’s name and clickable logo in conference website – Sponsors’ page.
  • Promotional material in delegate bags – Up to two (2) items
  • A complimentary conference registration for one (1) sponsor’s representative and participation in the Conference Dinner (participation costs in other social events are not included).

LIBER 2018 Local Sponsor

Cost: €1,000 (VAT if applicable)

The sponsoring includes:

  • Sponsor’s name and logo in the printed/online version of the final conference program – Sponsors’ page (with sponsorship level acknowledgement).
  • Half page advertisement in the internal pages of the printed/online version of the conference program.
  • Sponsor’s name and clickable logo in conference website – Sponsors’ page
  • Promotional material in delegate bags – One (1) item
  • Opportunity to send one (1) email to Conference delegates who opt to receive Sponsors’ information on their registration form. The email will be administered by the Conference Host Secretariat.
  • Sponsorship level acknowledgement in the conference Facebook and Twitter pages.

LIBER 2018 Coffee Break Sponsor & Lunch Break Sponsor

During the conference there will five (5) Coffee Breaks and three (3) Lunch Breaks as follows:

  • 1st day, Wednesday, 04/07/2018: Coffee Break 1, during the workshops sessions in the morning of the 1st day, Lunch Break 1, Coffee Break 2, afternoon sessions
  •  2nd day, Thursday, 05/07/2018: Coffee Break 3, morning sessions, Lunch Break 2, Coffee Break 4, afternoon sessions
  • 3rd day, Friday, 06/07/2018: Coffee Break 5, morning sessions, Lunch Break 3

Coffee Break cost: €1,500/break. Contributions towards meeting these costs are invited with a minimum amount of €500.

Full Coffee Break cost contribution ( €1,500) sponsoring includes:

  • Sponsor’s name and logo in the printed/online version of the final conference program – Sponsors’ page (with sponsorship level acknowledgement).
  • Sponsorship level acknowledgement in the conference printed/online program (e.g. Lunch Break sponsored by “Sponsor’s Name”)
  • Half page advertisement in the internal pages of the conference printed/online program.
  • Sponsor’s name and clickable logo in conference website – Sponsors’ page.
  • Sponsorship level acknowledgement in conference program page (e.g. Lunch Break sponsored by “Sponsor’s Name”)

  • A complimentary conference registration for one (1) sponsor’s representative (Conference Dinner and other social events costs are not included).

  • Sponsors may post one (1) commercial message/video/multimedia file in conference Facebook and Twitter pages.

Minimum coffee break cost contribution ( €500) sponsoring includes:

  • Sponsorship level acknowledgement in the conference printed/online program (e.g. Lunch Break sponsored by “Sponsor’s Name”)
  • Sponsorship level acknowledgement in the conference program webpage (e.g. Lunch Break sponsored by “Sponsor’s Name”)
  • Sponsorship level acknowledgement at the conference Facebook page and Twitter

Lunch Break Cost: €3,000/break. Contributions towards meeting these costs are invited with a minimum amount of 500 €.

Full lunch break cost contribution ( €3,000) sponsoring includes:

  • Sponsor’s name and logo in the printed/online version of the final conference program – Sponsors’ page (with sponsorship level acknowledgement).
  • Sponsorship level acknowledgement in the conference printed/online program (e.g. Lunch Break sponsored by “Sponsor’s Name”)
  • One (1) full page advertisement in the internal pages of the conference printed/online program
  • Sponsor’s name and clickable logo in the conference website – Sponsors’ page.

LIBER 2018 Conference Dinner Sponsor

The Conference Dinner will take place in the evening of the 1st day of the conference Wednesday, 04/07/2018. Participation to the Dinner is optional for the attendees of the conference with an additional cost.

Conference Dinner Cost: €6,000. Contributions towards meeting this cost are invited with a minimum amount of €2,000.

Full Dinner cost contribution (€6,000) sponsoring includes:

  • Sponsor’s name and logo in the printed/online version of the final conference program – Sponsors’ (with sponsorship level acknowledgement).
  • Sponsorship level acknowledgement in the conference printed/online program (e.g. Lunch Break sponsored by “Sponsor’s Name”)
  • One (1) full page advertisement in the internal pages of the printed/online version of the conference program
  • Sponsor’s name and clickable logo in conference website – Sponsors’ page.
  • Sponsorship level acknowledgement in conference program page (e.g. Lunch Break sponsored by “Sponsor’s Name”)
  • Promotional material in delegate bags – Up to three (3) items.
  • A complimentary conference registration for two (2) sponsor’s representative and Conference Dinner with one (1) accompanying person each (participation costs in other social events are not included).
  • Opportunity to send three (3) emails to Conference delegates who opt to receive Sponsors’ information on their registration form. These emails will be administered by the Conference Host Secretariat.
  • Sponsorship level acknowledgement at the conference Facebook and Twitter pages.
  • Sponsors may post one (1) commercial message/video/multimedia file in conference Facebook and Twitter pages.

 Minimum dinner cost contribution (€2,000) sponsoring includes

  • Sponsorship level acknowledgement in the conference printed/online program (e.g. Lunch Break sponsored by “Sponsor’s Name”)
  • Sponsorship level acknowledgement in the conference program webpage (e.g. Lunch Break sponsored by “Sponsor’s Name”)
  • A complimentary conference registration for one (1) sponsor’s representative and participation in Conference Dinner (participation costs in other social events are not included).
  • Opportunity to send one (1) email to Conference delegates who opt to receive Sponsors’ information on their registration form. The email will be administered by the Conference Host Secretariat.
  • Sponsorship level acknowledgement in the conference Facebook and Twitter page.

LIBER 2018 Conference Reception Sponsor

The Conference Reception will take place in the evening of the 2nd day of the conference Thursday, 5/7/2018. Participation to the reception is open to all attendees of the conference with no additional cost.

Conference Reception cost: €4,000. Contributions towards meeting this cost are invited with a minimum amount of 1 000 €.

Full Reception cost contribution (€4,000) sponsoring includes:

  • Sponsor’s name and logo in the printed/online version of the final conference program – Sponsors’ page (with sponsorship level acknowledgement).
  • Sponsorship level acknowledgement in the conference printed/online program (e.g. Lunch Break sponsored by “Sponsor’s Name”).
  • One (1) full page advertisement in the internal pages of the printed/online version of the conference program
  • Sponsor’s name and clickable logo in conference website – Sponsors’ page.
  • Sponsorship level acknowledgement in the conference program webpage (e.g. Lunch Break sponsored by “Sponsor’s Name”).
  • Promotional material in delegate bags – Up to three (3) items
  • A complimentary conference registration for one (1) sponsor’s representative and participation in the Conference Dinner (participation costs in other social events are not included).
  • Sponsor’s name and/or logo with sponsorship level acknowledgement in posters/boards visible at the conference/event venue.
  • Opportunity to send three (3) emails to Conference delegates who opt to receive Sponsors’ information on their registration form. These emails will be administered by the Conference Host Secretariat.
  • Sponsorship level acknowledgement in the conference Facebook and Twitter pages.
  • Sponsors may post one (1) commercial message/video/multimedia file in conference in Facebook & Twitter pages.

 Minimum Reception cost contribution (€1,000) sponsoring includes:

  • Sponsorship level acknowledgement in the conference printed/online program (e.g. Lunch Break sponsored by “Sponsor’s Name”).
  • Sponsorship level acknowledgement in the conference program webpage (e.g. Lunch Break sponsored by “Sponsor’s Name”).
  • A complimentary conference registration for one (1) sponsor’s representative (Conference Dinner and other social events costs are not included).
  • Opportunity to send one (1) email to Conference delegates who opt to receive Sponsors’ information on their registration form. The email will be administered by the Conference Host Secretariat.
  • Sponsorship level acknowledgement in the conference Facebook and Twitter pages.

Combined sponsorship benefits cannot exceed the benefits of the Premium local Sponsor. For instance top complimentary conference registrations or Conference Dinner admissions can only top to the Premium local Sponsor equivalents.

If none of the above standard sponsoring schema is not suitable for your needs we are happy to discuss for a tailor-made sponsoring schema.

General Information

All exhibition and sponsoring costs will be paid on the basis of an Invoice for Subsidy (VAT if applicable). All invoices will be issued by the University of Lille. For more information or declaration of interest you can contact:

To assure that you get the utmost benefit of our sponsoring programs, deadline for sponsoring and exhibition applications is the 30/04/2018. Beyond that date you will still be able to apply for a sponsoring program but it might be difficult to acquire all sponsor level benefits (e.g. logo in the printed/online versions of the program). In any case to assure their participation sponsors must settle their financial obligations no later than 15/06/2018 otherwise their participation is cancelled.
