How to Register for LIBER Annual Conference 2025
Registrations will be done online through a dedicated online platform. Participants may pay instantly using their credit card (VISA/MASTERCARD), or by bank transfer. A one-stop-shop software is used for the whole registration process, making it easy, secure, and quick, taking just a few minutes. Please note that participants may not only register for the conference through the platform but they can also book their accommodation. Furthermore, participants have the possibility to complete the registration process periodically; participants may register for the conference and return later to modify their registration. The system will accept changes/updates up to the closing of the online registration process before the start of the conference.

NOTES:
The Member and Non-Member Fees include access to all conference sessions, conference materials, coffee breaks, lunches and the Conference Reception. The Conference Dinner is optional and not included in any registration type.
The One-Day Registration includes access to the sessions of the chosen day, and the coffee breaks and lunches of that day.
Accompanying Person Package: includes access to the sessions and the Conference Reception (Please note that “Accompanying Person” means a spouse, a relative, or a friend who is not representing any institution or company but is travelling with a delegate. If two people from one institution attend as delegates, they must register independently.)
Please note that the deadline to register to the conference is 31st May.
